Deposits and balances

Take part of the money up front and collect the rest around the appointment.

On the Pricing tab, under Single bookings, turn on Require deposit and set the deposit as a percentage of the price. For a once-off booking, the customer pays that percentage at checkout instead of the full amount.

Deposits apply only to single bookings. They do not apply to subscription or session pack purchases, or to bookings paid with prepaid session credits.

Remaining balance due then decides when the rest is collected. Before the service means the balance is due ahead of the start; after the service means it is collected once the appointment is complete.
